Keeping William's little arm elevated has been much harder than we anticipated and his little fingers were so swollen that it was starting to worry us just a little. So what do you do to get a three year old to cooperate? Turn it into a game.....and add some incentive. We told him that for every ten minutes he kept his arm up he would get a piece of candy. The other kids soon caught on and wanted to play. It's amazing what kids will do for one little piece of candy!

Normally we had his arm propped up with pillows, but he had thrown them on the floor. |

The swelling has come down quite a bit today and he has been much happier!
This picture looks like it could have been taken during the sustaining of the Prophet during General Conference.
