Out of Surgery

Kiley just called and said Robert is out of Surgery. It took less than 1 1/2 hours - they were expecting 2 hours or more. The doctor told Kiley and David that it went very well. They didn't need any extra blood. There was a lot of tension, and when they cut it, all the tension released. They put morphine in the nerves and tissue around it, so when Robert wakes up he should not be in any pain from the surgery. They will also remove the IV before he wakes up. The doctor just gave them a quick update and went back in, so more details should come a little later.
