Oh my goodness! Those look so yummy! Seriously, homemade doughnuts are the best. I haven't had a homemade doughnut since I was about 12 when I used to make them with my mom. Mmmm! Soft doughnuts with yummy powdered sugar glaze...nothin' better! Enjoy!
I love Alton Brown. I show it to my classes everyonce and a while. They love him too. I will keep you guys in my prayers and hope that the surgery goes well. I hope that you had fun in Utah! That is great to have a weekend away. PS The ankle is slowly healing. After lots and lots of physical therapy I can walk without too much of a limp/pain! So that's good! Thanks for wondering (I have obviously been really bad at blogging the last little bit).
Food Network is about the only channel I watch these days but I have never made any of the yummy things I've seen made. Those doughnuts look fabulous!
